Thank You for 43 Years of Service

For more than four decades, San Marcos-Hays County EMS has had the honor and privilege of serving the residents of San Marcos and the surrounding communities. Throughout our history, our dedicated team of emergency medical professionals has proudly answered the call to care for our neighbors, friends, and families.

As we conclude this chapter in our organization’s history, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community for the trust, support, and relationships that have made our years of service so meaningful.

Emergency medical services for the City of San Marcos are now provided by San Marcos EMS, the City’s new emergency medical service. We are proud that many of the dedicated professionals who served with San Marcos-Hays County EMS have continued their service with the City, carrying forward their experience, compassion, and commitment to the community.
